passed away in a car accident on Monday night. Jackie was only 19. I had known her for 11 of those years. When I found out that she passed away, I couldn't believe it. I had talked to her two days earlier and this news was just out of nowhere. But then she was all over my newsfeed, the news, and this sick dream turned into a cold reality.
Jackie was a kind hearted spirit who loved to cosplay. I met her in elementary and we became friends because we used to make shadow puppets on the sidewalk. She was my only friend when I came into high school and because of her, I met a ton more people. She was always caring. My backpack broke from all my books and she gave me one of hers. She offered to help me sew my cosplays outfits and teach me how to draw. Jackie was one of my closest friends I've ever had and it was such a pleasure knowing her.
